Role Overview :
As an AI Engineer at Techjays, you will be responsible for designing and deploying intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly into our existing product ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and backend developers, to translate business requirements into functional AI models. Your daily contributions will involve building scalable pipelines, optimizing language models, and ensuring that our AI-driven features deliver measurable value and improved user experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI solutions to automate complex workflows and enhance product functionality.
- Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to ensure high-accuracy, context-aware responses for enterprise applications.
- Integrate advanced NLP models into Django-based web frameworks to provide intelligent, real-time data processing capabilities.
- Orchestrate complex agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to improve the autonomy and efficiency of AI-driven tasks.
- Optimize machine learning models using TensorFlow to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine AI strategy, ensuring that technical implementations align with long-term business objectives and user needs.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with a strong focus on building scalable backend systems using Django.
- Proven ability to design and deploy NLP-based solutions, with a deep understanding of modern LLM architectures and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in building and managing RAG systems and complex agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in training and fine-tuning models using TensorFlow to meet specific performance benchmarks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Coimbatore, contributing to a high-performance team culture.
- A minimum of 4 - 8 years of professional experience in software engineering with a dedicated focus on AI and machine learning initiatives.
