Why this role matters:
Fast-moving, technical organizations don't scale on strategy alone - they scale on leadership capability, alignment, and culture. You will broker high-performing collaboration across senior teams, assessing bench strength and activating targeted development plans.
You will use people analytics and business data to diagnose organizational challenges and inform priorities.
You will lead organizational design initiatives aligned to evolving business strategies.
You will partner closely with cross-functional HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Analytics) to deliver integrated, business-aligned solutions that scale.
You will drive core talent processes including succession planning, performance cycles, and leadership reviews.
You will partner with leaders to embed a culture grounded in accountability, inclusion, innovation, and operational excellence.
