Responsibilities:
- Have 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B fintech, SaaS, or compliance/AML/KYC.
- We are the products.
- Are well-versed with APIsboth for product design and client integration.
- Have experience managing a small team, including product operations or analysts.
- Enjoy working closely with sales and client teams to understand requirements before products go live.
- Are data-driven and can translate client insights into actionable product improvements.
- Can balance strategic thinking and tactical execution.
- You'll define the roadmap and also get involved in day-to-day delivery.
- Communicate clearly, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- BE/B. Tech engineer with a total of 3-6 years of experience, wherein 2-3 years of Product management experience (pref B2B) and 1-2 years of tech engineering experience.
- Overall 4-5 years of Tech product management experience.
