Product Trainer Representative

We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Product Trainer to support customers who purchase NRS Premium Features.

In this role, you will work directly with customers through outbound calls, follow-ups, product training sessions, and ongoing customer engagement to ensure they understand, activate, and successfully use the Premium Features they have purchased.

This position is highly customer-facing and requires someone who is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, conducting product demonstrations, answering questions, following up on open items, and helping customers get the most value from their products.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-service mindset, sales awareness, and the ability to learn and explain technology.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, product training, inside sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting customer follow-ups.
• Confident presenting products and explaining features to customers.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable learning and explaining technology products.
• Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SaaS, POS, retail technology, or other software solutions.
• Experience conducting customer onboarding or product training.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience with phone-based customer engagement and follow-up processes.
