- PROSPECÇÃO ATIVA: Realiza prospecção ativa de pequenos clientes.
- AGENDAMENTO DE VISITAS: Apresenta os serviços e realiza agendamentos para visitas comerciais.
- ACOMPANHAMENTO DE CLIENTES: Apoia o time pleno e sênior no acompanhamento da jornada do cliente.
- DIRECIONAMENTO DE SUPORTE: Direciona clientes aos canais de suporte.
- ATUALIZAÇÃO DE CRM: Atualiza o CRM com leads e status de vendas.
- FEEDBACK DE INSTALAÇÃO: Coleta feedback básico sobre a instalação inicial.
Requisitos:
- Ensino médio completo.
- CNH A/B.
- Experiência em vendas externas, atendimento corporativo ou suporte a clientes empresariais será um diferencial.
- Disponibilidade para atuação em campo.
- Habilidade para trabalhar com metas.
- Noções básicas sobre serviços de internet banda larga, fibra óptica e soluções digitais.
