Recruiter – Blue Collar Hiring (Fuzhou Fuqing/福州福清 Factory)

As a Cielo Recruiter supporting GE Vernova, you will be responsible for service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication. This role supports high-volume production and logistics hiring within manufacturing environments.

• Work Location: Fuzhou Fuqing/福州福清 Factory
• Work Setup: 3 days onsite per week
• Language(s): Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver recruitment activities, with working proficiency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English for daily business communication
• Work Hours: Standard Working Hours - Mondays to Fridays

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on their progress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience in high-volume hiring.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Understanding of local employment practices and hiring regulations.

Preferred:

• Experience in manufacturing or logistics recruitment.
