Responsibilities
- Track and maintain IPT-level task trackers, deliverables, and communications
- Coordinate meetings and visits, including external partners, senior leadership, sponsors, or others as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead
- Take meeting notes as directed by the IPT Lead and IPT Tech Lead
- Track and support material acquisition procurements, including creating and maintaining an IPT material inventory
- Assist IPT Leadership with Knowledge Management tasks
- Support the IPT by demonstrating eagerness to learn about cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, and radio-frequency communications
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Planner, Power BI, and SharePoint
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to clearly communicate issues and updates between teams and leadership
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- TS//SCI clearance
- Familiarity with NIWC Atlantic IPT processes or similar DoD program environments
- Experience supporting task management, knowledge management, or operations coordination functions
- Exposure to or interest in technical domains such as cybersecurity, quantum sensors, electronic warfare, optical communications, or RF communications
- Experience coordinating meetings, visits, or multi-stakeholder engagements
65k+ to align with education and experience.
