工作职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责智能硬件整机结构开发，完成产品堆叠、内部布局、壳体及机构设计，覆盖塑胶、金属等材质结构方案;

2、完成 3D 建模、2D 图纸、BOM、规格书输出，负责DFM沟通，确保设计可制造、可装配、可量产、成本可控;

3、跟进样机试制、小批量试产根线，汇总装配、可靠性等问题并闭环整改，对接模具供应商完成开模、试模与量产爬坡;

4、协同ID、产品、硬件、算法等团队对齐设计需求，完成结构设计及物料选型，解决结构设计中的技术问题，提升产品性能与可靠性;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上，机械设计、机电一体化、材料成型等相关专业;

2、2 年及以上电子产品研发经验，有运动控制结构相关设计经验;

3、熟练使用 Creo/ProE 或 SolidWorks，能独立完成整机结构设计与出图;

4、熟悉塑胶 / 金属材料、模具工艺、表面处理、公差配合、常用紧固与密封方案等;

5、熟悉电子产品相关的知识，如BOM制作，2D/3D的绘制，可靠性相关知识;
