工作职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责安全蓝军团队的建设与管理，制定团队目标、技术路线与人才梯队规划，对团队产出负责

2.主导自研游戏的攻防对抗体系建设，规划并组织覆盖协议、客户端、服务端、业务逻辑层的全链路攻击视角漏洞挖掘

3.建立并运营黑产情报测绘能力，及时获取相关情报

4.主导攻防对抗中的技术攻坚，包括复杂逆向分析、反作弊对抗、0day/1day 漏洞研究与利用链构造

5.与白盒安全团队、游戏研发团队、运营团队建立协同机制，推动漏洞修复闭环与安全能力前置

6.跟踪行业安全趋势与前沿攻击技术，评估对公司产品的潜在威胁，输出战略级安全分析报告

任职要求 / Requirements

1.有5 年以上安全相关工作经验，2 年以上安全团队（蓝军/红队/渗透测试）管理或技术负责人经验

2.有主导大型攻防对抗项目的实战经验，熟悉攻击视角的完整漏洞挖掘链路（攻击面梳理→漏洞挖掘→利用链构造→报告输出→修复推动）

3.在漏洞挖掘、逆向工程、协议分析、反外挂对抗等至少两个方向有扎实的技术深度和实战成果

4.熟悉游戏行业的黑产生态与外挂对抗，有黑产情报测绘或重大安全事件应急溯源经验者优先

5.具备优秀的跨团队沟通与推动能力，能在复杂的业务环境下推动安全事项落地

6.具备良好的团队管理能力，能吸引、培养和留住优秀的安全人才
