Internship in the Legal Department

If you are an undergraduate with high GPA eager to start your career in an international organization and ready to work 30+ hours per week for at least six months, the International Investment Bank (IIB)* invites you to take part in an internship competition in the Legal Department.

Main responsibilities:

• Legal support of corporate procedures of the Bank;
• Maintaining the department's electronic document management system - uploading, registering, and organizing incoming and outgoing documents;
• Preparing draft powers of attorney and power of attorney registers for notarization, cooperation with notaries;
• Preparing draft letters, responses to inquiries, and standard contracts regarding administrative transactions - utilities, building maintenance, and purchasing office supplies/household goods etc.;
• Preparation of various studies, information search, analytics on international, corporate, civil law, as well as current trends in the field of international financial organizations.

Selection criteria:

• Student of 3-5 years of university education with specialization in law;
• Specialization in international law - preferred;
• Previous working experience in the legal area is considered as a priviledge;
• Hardworking and analytical mind-set;
• Passion for development and commitment to IIB's mission;
• Good command of Russian and English - at least Upper-Intermediate level;
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Chinese is an advantage.
