About the Role: As the Graphic Designer at IIDE, Andheri, you will play a key role in shaping and executing IIDE’s visual communication across digital, social media, advertising, events, and offline brand touchpoints. This role involves conceptualising and creating modern, visually compelling designs that resonate with a young, digital-first audience while maintaining consistency with IIDE’s evolving brand identity. You will work closely with content, video, performance marketing, and broader marketing teams to translate campaign ideas and business requirements into high-impact visual communication. What You'll Do: Creative Design & Execution: Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid advertisements, websites, landing pages, emailers, events, presentations, merchandise, and print collateral. Translate creative briefs and campaign ideas into visually compelling and effective designs. Create communication that is modern, engaging, and relevant to IIDE’s student and professional audiences. Brand Identity & Visual Communication: Maintain consistency in visual language, typography, layouts, colour usage, and overall brand identity across different touchpoints. Adapt IIDE’s brand identity across campaigns, platforms, and formats without compromising consistency. Contribute to the evolution of IIDE’s visual identity by bringing fresh design perspectives and ideas. Campaign & Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content writers, video editors, marketers, and other stakeholders to develop campaign creatives. Participate in brainstorming and campaign ideation to develop strong visual concepts. Create performance marketing creatives while balancing visual appeal with communication and conversion objectives. Incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively while maintaining high creative standards. Design Operations & Project Management: Manage multiple design briefs and projects simultaneously while meeting agreed timelines. Ensure final creatives are accurate, polished, and production-ready across digital and print formats. Organise design assets and maintain efficient workflows for recurring creative requirements. Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final execution. Additional Duties: Stay updated with current design trends, visual culture, social media formats, and creative best practices. Explore new tools, techniques, and AI-assisted design workflows that can improve creative quality and efficiency. Support event, campus, and offline branding requirements whenever required. Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

Requirements Who You Are: Must-Have: 1 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience. A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in social media creatives, branding, digital campaigns, and visual communication. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, colour, hierarchy, and visual balance. Ability to independently conceptualise and execute designs from a creative brief. Experience managing multiple projects and delivering quality work within deadlines. Strong attention to detail and an eye for modern, polished visual aesthetics. Should Have: Experience working in a fast-paced creative, marketing, agency, or brand environment. Understanding of designing for different social media platforms and digital ad formats. Ability to interpret marketing objectives and translate them into strong visual communication. Experience collaborating with content, video, performance marketing, or social media teams. Openness to feedback and the ability to iterate quickly without compromising design quality. Nice to Have: Experience designing for EdTech, education, youth-focused, lifestyle, or digital-first brands. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe InDesign, After Effects, or other creative tools. Basic understanding of motion graphics, video design, or animation. Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and emerging creative technologies. Why Join IIDE?
