IKEA is the global home furnishing brand founded in Sweden in 1943, and its main website is operated by Inter IKEA Systems, the worldwide IKEA franchisor based in Delft in the Netherlands. The wider Inter IKEA Group develops the product range and runs purchasing, supply and manufacturing operations, including IKEA Industry factories in Poland and Portugal, while franchisees such as Ingka Group operate IKEA stores worldwide. Its openings span production workers, forklift operators, maintenance and PLC technicians, design and embedded software engineers, business developers at purchasing offices, transport planners, finance staff and store co-workers.

At IKEA, we do things a little different. We think differently. Act differently. And work differently as well. Guided by our vision - To create a better everyday life for the many, we innovate, challenge conventions, and develop solutions that make sustainable living more accessible. For over 75 years, our co-workers have helped bring this vision to life, and by 2030, we aim to reach millions more.

IKEA Supply ensures our products are produced and delivered efficiently to customers worldwide. We work closely across business areas, supply functions, and retail markets to secure product availability at the lowest total cost.

We believe collaboration is strongest when we meet in person. Therefore, we spend most of our time in the workplace, with flexibility to work from home when relevant.

Our success is built on strong values. We lead by example, collaborate, continuously improve, and act. We support learning, personal growth, and helping each other succeed.

At IKEA, we make healthy and sustainable choices affordable and accessible for many people. We are looking for curious, innovative, and purpose-driven individuals who share our vision.

In this role, you will lead your assignments, collaborate with colleagues and external partners, and contribute to business development. We support your growth through development conversations, learning opportunities, and a culture that encourages learning from experience. Together, we build strong relationships and help each other reach our full potential.

As a Logistics Deviation Specialist, you will join a team of specialists and report to the Logistics Deviation Manager. We know our strength is naming our products, not our jobs, but this role offers plenty of opportunities to grow, make an impact, and help shape the future of our Supply Chain.

What will you do?

  • Manage logistics extra-cost claims, ensuring accurate cost verification, documentation, and use of cost codes.

  • Lead fact-based discussions, analyze data, and prepare reports that support decision-making.

  • Authorize payments to Transport Service Providers and ensure each case is properly documented.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to monitor and follow up on extra-cost levels across carriers, units, and distribution centers.

  • Identify improvement opportunities, track cost trends, and develop action plans together with Internal stakeholders.

  • Drive a cost-conscious mindset by sharing insights and recommendations with key stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with Transport Service Providers and contribute to developing smarter ways of working for the future.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for building trust-based relationships.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a drive to continuously learn and improve.

  • Values that align with IKEA's vision and culture.

At IKEA, you'll be part of a diverse, international team where your ideas matter and your work contribute to creating a better everyday life for the many people. We offer opportunities to grow, learn, and make a real impact across our global supply chain.

Ready to take the next step in your career? Apply today and let's create a better future together.

If so, please send us your CV in English. Submit your application as soon as possible, however not later than 20/11/2026.

This role is full-time and based in our Warsaw office. We believe in meeting people, members of your team and other co-workers to create, inspire and share. Therefore, we would like you to be in the office according to IKEA work-from-home policy.
