We are looking for a Healthcare PACS Systems Engineer (RIS/PACS) to join our team and drive the deployment, integration, and ongoing support of our Evorad® enterprise imaging suite. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating DICOM and HL7 integrations, troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues, and ensuring seamless system performance for radiology departments and imaging modalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain software solutions in customer environments
• Troubleshoot application, database, network and infrastructure issues
• Support software deployments, upgrades, and go-live activities
• Support system integration
• Coordinate DICOM interconnections, and support integrations with 3rd party DICOM nodes
• Coordinate HL7 interconnections and support integrations with 3rd party HL7 nodes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Project teams
• Maintain Technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in Application Support, PACS Administration or Systems Administration
• Experience with Healthcare IT systems in the Radiology sector
• Experience with RIS/ PACS and Imaging modalities integrations
• Experience with DICOM protocol and DICOM Standard flows
• Experience with HL7 integrations
• Experience with system integrations and virtualization technologies for both Windows and Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Greek and English

Deep knowledge of

• Windows and Linux Operating Systems
• Different DBMSs e.g. Oracle, MySQL, SqlServer, Postgres
• Networking protocols and Security standards
• DICOM communication protocol

Nice to Have

• HL7/FHIR related Certification
• DBA Certifications
• Systems Engineering Certifications
