Junior Talent Acquisition Professional

As our consulting and outsourcing business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized Junior Talent Acquisition Professional to join our HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and Engineering positions across internal and client projects, working closely with senior recruiters
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and support recruitment priorities
• Help manage multiple open positions at once, contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Support the sourcing and building of talent pipelines, developing your market mapping and networking skills over time
• Get hands-on exposure recruiting across a range of technologies like Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, AI, Cyber Security and ERP with guidance from the team
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing tools to help identify qualified candidates (training provided)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
• Solid organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies, hiring managers and deadlines
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused work
• Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven recruitment
• Fluency in both Greek and English

Nice to Have:

• Any internship/entry level experience in recruitment - especially within the technology sector
• Experience supporting Outsourced Recruitment, Staff Augmentation or Managed Services projects
