Senior IT Project Manager

We are now looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in outsourced challenging projects. The role involves managing scope, budget, timelines, stakeholders, risks, and project teams to ensure successful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through closure
• Define scope, schedule, budget, governance, and resource plans
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations
• Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions
• Track project KPIs, milestones, financials, and resource utilization
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning workshops, and steering committees
• Ensure delivery quality, compliance, and achievement of project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Delivery Management
• Proven experience delivering IT or digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, Power BI)
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills in both business and technical contexts, in Greek and English

Nice to have:

• Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following areas: Banking & Payments, Application Development & Cloud Migration, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, PMO & Governance, ERP/CRM implementations, Process Automation & Operating Model Transformation, or Public Sector Digital Transformation & IT Modernization
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
