Job Description

We are currently looking for a motivated, creative and talentedGraphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role you would work alongside and support the creative director, art director, and senior designers with varied design and production efforts.

Location: Mississauga ON

Compensation: The annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Support the creative team following guidance from the creative director, art director, and senior designers.

• Provide pre-print production support following established brand guidelines

• Edit images, develop varied brand assets, while cultivating technical and soft skills.

• Producing graphics, social media posts, ads, banners, and infographics following creative briefs and brand guidelines.

• Preparing files for print (e.g., brochures, flyers, signage) and ensuring correct formatting for output.

• Updating existing materials, resizing creatives, and editing images or video content.

• Ensuring all designs strictly follow established brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and voice.

• Work with marketing/content teams, and senior designers to execute project requirements.

• Proofing of work to ensure accuracy, high quality, and consistency before final delivery

• Organizing and archiving project assets, working files, and design libraries.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Apps like, Figma or Canva a plus.

• Solid understanding of typography, layout, grid structure, color theory, and composition.

• University degree in graphic design, with an accessible online portfolio showcasing creative work.

• Strong attention to detail, strong time management skills, handling of multiple projects, creative ideas.

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing such as Premiere and After Effects a plus.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of HTML/CSS an additional plus.
