- Strong background as a Solution Architect, capable of evaluating system designs and infrastructure requirements to support high-traffic, mission-critical applications.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams through collaborative problem-solving and clear communication.
- Advanced proficiency in strategic planning and product roadmap development, utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and prioritize feature backlogs effectively.
- A Masters degree in Business Administration or a related technical field from a premier institute is highly preferred to navigate the complexities of this leadership position.
- Ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment, with a preference for candidates who can effectively manage teams and projects within a hybrid or on-site work setup in Bhopal.
