• Address and resolve employee queries regarding payroll discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Facilitate in liaison with the payroll office at SSC the payment of refunds and other employees adjustments to be paid outside of the payroll system which arise from payroll payment errors.
• Prints and distributes payslips to employees.
• Scans payroll documents related to allowances, deductions and other inputs from the site to SSC.
• Develop and maintain favourable stakeholder relationships internally with the Human Resources department, all line managers and externally with contractors
• Files all payroll original documents

• Malawi School Certificate of Education or equivalent.
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or any related field
• Strong communication skills with experience in engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Computer literate
