Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• A 2:1 or First-Class degree (no preference regarding university).
• Previous experience as a Funds or Knowledge Management Paralegal.
• Experience working with US law firms and Magic Circle Delivery Centres.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Join calls with the Head of Product Development and Head of Growth.
• Attend product demonstrations with prospective customers.
• Participate in weekly meetings with existing customers.
• Record feature requests and gather product feedback.

Software Development Management

• Work closely with the Head of Product / Product Owner.
• Help prioritise customer requests.
• Ensure the team meets deadlines for feature delivery.
• Assist with testing new features and bug fixes.
• Prototype new features for customers and gather feedback.

Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports for customers.
• Summarise platform reports into clear, actionable insights.

Knowledge Management

• Draft and distribute release notes for each platform version, covering new features and bug fixes.
• Maintain and update Confluence (the internal development wiki) with information on new features and customer settings.
• Update the customer-facing guidebook when new features are released.
• Assist with creating tutorial videos and customer-facing overviews.

In-House Legal Support

Assist the legal team with managing internal deadlines and tasks related to:

• NDA reviews.
• Commercial contract reviews.
• Employment contracts.
• General corporate matters.
