About ILS
At Intelligent Legal Solutions (ILS), we're transforming how fund formation and private equity legal work gets done. Our flagship product, ProVision, is a legal tech SaaS platform that streamlines fund documentation and workflows for law firms and institutional fund managers. We're still early, but we have clear product-market fit, a deep understanding of our buyers and an ambitious roadmap. We operate at the intersection of law, private equity and workflow automation, and we're building the go-to platform for fund formation teams globally.
This is a rare opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre team that is seeing significant traction in the marketplace. The bar is high, the work is hands-on, and the impact on the company's growth, brand and revenue will be direct and visible.
We move fast, take ownership and stay close to our customers. We value clear thinking and simplicity over complexity. If you want to do the best work of your career in legal tech, we'd love to build with you.
The Role
We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own and execute our marketing engine for ILS ProVision across the UK, US and broader European market. This is a hands-on, full-funnel role within the Growth function, reporting directly to our Head of Growth. You'll be responsible for building and running the programmes, content, campaigns and workflows that turn awareness into qualified pipeline for a high-value B2B SaaS product selling into fund managers and law firms.
You won't inherit a perfectly built machine - you'll help design and build it. From refining our ICP messaging and creating content to orchestrating campaigns and building lead nurturing and measurement, you'll create the marketing foundations that support scalable, repeatable growth.
This role is ideal for a technical, commercially minded marketing generalist who is comfortable with data, tools and AI, and who enjoys being close to both product and sales.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own core marketing programmes for ILS ProVision: Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, qualified demand and pipeline across our priority segments (institutional fund managers, private equity and top-tier law firms).
- Build and run campaigns end to end: Design and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content, events/webinars and partnerships), from idea and brief through execution, measurement and iteration.
- Develop content that speaks to fund formation and legal buyers: Work with the founders and Head of Growth to create and repurpose content (articles, guides, playbooks, case studies, landing pages and collateral) that educates our audience and positions ILS as an expert in fund formation workflows.
- Optimise lead capture and nurture: Improve how we capture, enrich and nurture leads across the funnel. Collaborate with Sales to define scoring, routing, follow-up and handover processes that convert interest into qualified conversations.
- Turn data into insight and action: Own core marketing reporting, including campaign performance, channel performance, funnel conversion and contribution to pipeline and revenue. Use data to make recommendations and prioritise where to invest further or change direction.
- Enable and accelerate Sales: Build sales enablement assets with the help of our designers (decks, one-pagers, email sequences, objection handling and competitive positioning) that help our team move opportunities faster through the funnel.
- Use AI and automation to scale: Leverage AI tools (including Claude, Perplexity, GPT-based tools and others) to accelerate content creation, testing, personalisation and analysis while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Build repeatable processes and playbooks: Create simple, scalable workflows for launching campaigns, managing our database, running experiments and reporting on performance.
What We're Looking For
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing across growth marketing, demand generation or marketing operations, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and how to move prospects from awareness to opportunity and revenue in a considered, high-touch buying journey.
- Hands-on experience with marketing and revenue tools, such as marketing automation/CRM (e.g. HubSpot), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email marketing, AirOps and analytics tools.
- Comfort with imperfect data and evolving systems; you can diagnose issues, propose pragmatic fixes and design processes that scale as we grow.
- Proven experience running campaigns for niche or specialised audiences, ideally in legal or financial services.
- Commercial mindset, with a clear understanding of how marketing activities translate into pipeline, opportunity acceleration and revenue, not just vanity metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear recommendations and next steps for Marketing and Sales.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and timelines in parallel.
- Collaborative working style, able to partner effectively with Growth, Sales, Product and external partners.
- Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch, with a bias towards action and iteration rather than waiting for perfect information.
- AI-forward mindset, with curiosity and practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing output, automate repetitive tasks and analyse performance.
- Experience with legal tech, fund formation, private equity or law firm audiences is a strong plus, but not a requirement if you're excited to learn the domain.
