工作职责 / Responsibilities

1. 协助整理零售业务相关数据，包括销量、客户、活动及项目执行数据等;

2. 负责日常数据收集、清洗、核对及基础分析，支持周/月度业务报表输出;

3. 协助搭建和维护项目 Tracking 表及数据看板，及时发现数据异常及执行问

题;

4. 根据业务需求完成基础数据分析及可视化，为团队业务复盘和决策提供支持;

5. 协助完成其他零售市场项目的数据及运营支持工作。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 本科及以上在读，统计、数学、经济、商科、计算机等相关专业优先;

2. 熟练使用 Excel，具备较好的数据整理、分析能力;

3. 对数据敏感，逻辑清晰，细致认真，有较强的责任心;

4. 熟悉 AI 工具，能够利用 AI 提升数据处理和分析效率;

5. 熟悉 Power BI、SQL、Python 等数据分析工具者优先，但不作硬性要求;

6. 每周可实习 4 天及以上，能够连续实习 6 个月以上优先
