工作职责 / Responsibilities

1. 完成产品工艺包，参与设备调研，设备选型等工作;

2. 协助EHS部门，完成三废处理等信息;

3. 参与车间工艺设计及设备布置;

4. 编制工艺技术文件，产品技术文件，工艺规程等工艺资料;

5. 负责产品工艺改进，技术转移的准备工作：负责工艺路线，工艺优化，工艺文件，验证方案，工艺培训等文件的编制与实施;

6. 完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 教育背景：本科及以上学历，制药工艺，化工工艺等相关专业背景;

2. 年龄：35周岁及以下;

3. 从业经验：3-5年以上现代化原料药工厂工作经验，具有原料药项目技术转移经验，有车间改造或新原料药厂设计建设经验者优先;

4. 专业能力：

（1）熟悉原料药生产质量管理规范;

（2）熟悉合成工艺流程及设备选型，具备一定的CAD制图能力;

（3）熟悉工艺计算过程（物料衡算，能量衡算等）。

（4）熟悉车间设备选型及调试使用;

（5）具备良好的组织、计划、协调、沟通能力;

（6）具备团队精神，敬业，责任心强。
