Customer Growth Lead

About The Role

Immutable is on a mission to help more games launch, grow and monetise successfully, and our Customer Growth team is central to that. We have built a modern martech stack for game studios, and now we need genuine, hands-on growth expertise to run it. We are looking for a Customer Growth Lead to own performance marketing end-to-end for a portfolio of game studios, running paid campaigns, setting up and optimising ad networks, and building the lifecycle programs that keep players coming back. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role with a direct line to leadership. You will operate independently in your region, shape how studios grow on Immutable, and help build a growth engine that scales across the business. Gaming experience is ideal, but if you have run real growth in adtech, e-commerce or retail, your craft will transfer. We are hiring an operator who does the work, not an advisor.

You'll Be Empowered To

• Plan, launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns for game studios.
• Set up and tune ad networks and user acquisition channels end-to-end.
• Design and run launch growth plans for studio partners.
• Own email, CRM and lifecycle programs that retain and re-engage players.
• Onboard studios onto Immutable's Audience growth products.
• Own a budget, track performance, and reallocate spend based on data.
• Build repeatable growth playbooks that scale across multiple studios.

We'd Love You To Bring

• Hands-on performance and paid marketing experience: you have personally run and optimised campaigns and owned the numbers.
• Practical experience setting up and optimising ad networks or user acquisition.
• End-to-end growth craft across paid, lifecycle, email and launch.
• Comfort owning a budget and making data-led allocation and optimisation calls.
• Lifecycle and retention marketing experience across email and CRM.
• Fluency with martech tooling and onboarding customers onto growth products.
• High autonomy and ownership: you run your patch and drive your own outcomes.
• Strong communication and influence: you can build trust and represent Immutable credibly.
• Comfort using AI daily to move faster on copy, creative, reporting and optimisation.

• Gaming industry or games UA background.
• Experience across adtech, e-commerce or retail growth at pace.
