Mission

We are looking for a Sales Developer / Business Development Representative / Cold Caller with a passion for digitalization, manufacturing, and artificial intelligence.

You are ready to go full speed, think digital, communicate confidently, and want to play an active role in making Industry 4.0 a reality.

Your Responsibilities

• Actively identify and generate leads through digital channels

• Creatively acquire potential new customers via digital platforms

• Proactively reach out to decision-makers via email, LinkedIn, and especially by phone

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Sales Managers

• Work closely with our Sales and Business Development team

• Actively contribute to building, maintaining, and expanding our customer base

• Help shape, optimize, and continuously improve our sales processes and internal workflows

Requirements

Your Profile

• Ideally, you have experience in sales and outbound calling

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people

• You are persuasive on the phone and have a strong “closer” mindset

• Excellent written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• You thrive in a scale-up culture and are willing to go the extra mile when needed

• You enjoy measurable results and stay flexible in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• You are passionate about mechanical engineering/manufacturing, artificial intelligence, or digital sales
