Project Manager(German+English)

We are looking for a Project Manager with German to join our team and work on a technically complex and innovative product with integration activities.

Requirements:
3+ years experience as an IT Project Manager;
German - Advanced/Fluent
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Scrum & Agile;
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders;
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to details;
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business needs;
Ability to think and learn fast, go into details and take ownership of those;
High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances, and feedback.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for project planning, budgeting, execution, and control;
Maintain constant communication with the client, providing project status updates and resolving project-related issues;
Analyze project risks and develop plans to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of adverse events on the project;
Manage the project team, assign tasks, provide support and motivation, coordinate work, and ensure tasks are executed according to project requirements;
Report on project status and task progress to clients and company management;
Analyze and improve the processes used in projects to enhance work quality and task efficiency.
