岗位职责：
1.主导中望 CAD 365 用户增长与商业化数据运营体系建设，搭建核心指标监控、预警与归因体系;
2.通过用户全生命周期分析、用户分群、行为路径挖掘，产出可落地的增长与商业化策略;
3.以C端产品为入口，负责免费用户增长、激活及向订阅的迁移转化;
4.主导 A/B 增长实验，搭建付费倾向、流失预警、LTV 等模型并转化为自动化运营策略。
要求：
1.本科及以上，统计学、数学、计算机、市场营销等相关专业优先;
2.5 年以上用户增长/订阅 SaaS 运营经验，有工具类软件 / 云服务 / 订阅制产品完整增长实操案例者优先;
3.熟练 SQL 与 BI 工具，精通 AARRR/RFM/同期群分析，有 A/B 实验落地经验;
4.懂 C 端增长打法与 B 端采购决策链，跨部门推动力强;
5.有 CAD/工业软件/设计工具行业经验、freemium 或订阅化转型经验者优先。
加分项：
1.有 CAD / 工业软件 / 设计类工具软件行业经验，理解工程师与设计师用户群体;
2.有移动端 APP 用户增长或桌面工具软件订阅化转型经验;
3.有 AI 能力在增长场景落地的经验;
