A leading multidisciplinary architecture and design firm specializing in architecture, interior design, master planning, and innovative building solutions. The organization works across multifamily housing, commercial, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use projects, with a strong focus on sustainable, community-oriented design and modern construction methods.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional architectural design experience.
• Strong conceptual and schematic design portfolio.
• Experience with zoning, planning, and entitlement processes, preferably in urban/mixed-use projects.
• B.Arch or M.Arch from an accredited architecture program.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools such as Enscape.
• Strong graphic presentation, communication, and design skills.
• Experience across capacity studies, concept design, schematic design, entitlements, DD, CDs, and CA.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior designers.
• Familiarity with zoning, accessibility, building codes, and construction methods.
• Architectural license is preferred but not required.
