Sales Operations & Implementation Specialist

We are looking for aSales Operations & Implementation Specialist who can combine sales operations support with implementation and project coordination. You will have a real impact on how our sales processes and tools work - from identifying business needs, through collaboration with business and IT teams, to implementing solutions.

What will you be doing

• Sales Operations & Partner Support: Supporting Sales Managers and business partners with day-to-day operational topics and helping ensure smooth sales processes.
• Implementations & Improvements: Actively participating in the design, testing, and implementation of new solutions, as well as coordinating changes in cooperation with other teams.
• Task Management: Monitoring the status, deadlines, and next steps of ongoing initiatives, while ensuring a smooth flow of information between the teams involved.
• Partner Cooperation: Building and maintaining effective long-term cooperation with the key partners and supporting them with operational topics.
• Sales Tools & Systems Support: Managing access to sales applications and providing day-to-day support to their users.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining documentation related to sales processes, including change logs, user guides, and process maps.
• Reporting: Preparing regular sales reports to support analysis and decision-making.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the sales network to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What will help you succeed in this role

• Hands-on knowledge and experience in operational and/or sales support within a financial institution.
• Fluent Polish for daily written and spoken communication with our Partners, along with good English for cooperation with international teams across the Group.
• Ability to independently manage smaller projects and implementations, as well as coordinate tasks involving multiple teams.
• A creative, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organisational skills, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and confidence in using project and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Scoro, or similar platforms.
• Ability to gather and structure business requirements, analyse processes, and translate user needs into practical improvements.
