Join our finance team as Finance Ops, where you'll be responsible for month-end close, financial performance analysis, and monthly reporting. You'll also handle customer invoicing, supplier payments, and improve internal finance processes. This is a full-time position based in Paris, with a minimum of three days on-site per week.
Missions
- Responsable de la clôture mensuelle, de l'exactitude des allocations de coûts, des accruals, des prépayés et des interentreprises.
- Analyse de la performance financière par rapport au budget et aux objectifs, explication des écarts à la direction.
- Amélioration des processus financiers internes et des outils, y compris l'utilisation d'outils d'IA pour automatiser le travail de collecte.
Profil recherché

* 3-4 years of experience in controlling, accounting or audit: ideally a mix (e.g. audit or expertise-comptable followed by an in-house role)
* Experience in a startup/fast-paced environment
* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA or equivalent)
* Solid understanding of French GAAP, financial statements and month-end mechanics
* Comfortable with financial analysis and budget tracking
* Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
* Familiarity with accounting or ERP software (Pennylane, Sage, NetSuite or similar)
* Fluent in French and English: both required, as you'll work with our US and Japanese teams
* Experience in leveraging or implementing AI solutions to improve and streamline financial processes.
