- Diagnostiquer les cas difficiles, structurer l'enquête, escalader les bonnes informations à l'ingénierie et proposer des solutions concrètes.
Profil recherché
### What we're looking for**Experience**
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment, ideally as a **robotics integrator** having run complex projects from A to Z
* Strong command of programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR, or equivalent), including multi-robot cells or non-standard integrations
* Strong Python skills, with a genuine focus on code quality, stability, and maintainability
* Concrete experience managing client projects with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Solid understanding of computer vision fundamentals as applied to robotics
* Real field experience: you've already managed a deployment that didn't go as planned, and you can tell the story of how you turned it around
**Mindset**
This role demands a level of autonomy and perspective that only field experience gives you:
* **End-to-end ownership**: you think in terms of the project, not the task. From kick-off to handover, you're accountable for the outcome and you own it.
* **Pragmatism and decisiveness**: on-site, you often have to make calls fast with incomplete information. You know how to weigh the risk and move forward, without waiting for sign-off on every micro-decision.
* **Structured problem-solving**: faced with a complex failure, you don't guess your way through, you structure your diagnosis, isolate possible causes, and communicate progress clearly, both internally and to the customer.
* **High standards**: you don't consider a deployment done until it's stable and robust , not just "working on demo day."
* **Deep-tech / manufacturing mindset**: you understand the real constraints of a production line (throughput, safety, zero tolerance for downtime), and you design your solutions with that in mind from the start.
