Your responsibilities will include leading client meetings, overseeing product installation, deploying and monitoring production systems, and diagnosing customer feedback. Missions

• Lead client meetings, on-site and remote, with frequent travel to customer sites.
• Oversee on-site product installation and train customer teams, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve customer feedback on Inbolt products, working closely with the engineering team.

### Preferred experience

* Based in North Italy

* Fluent Italian, professional working English

* Willingness to travel extensively (valid passport required)

* 3-5 years of experience in industrial robotics, systems integration, or customer deployment

* Good Python programming skills

* Experience programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, UR, or equivalent)

* Comfortable with project management and computer vision fundamentals

* High standards for code quality and stability

* Strong problem-solving skills; background in deep-tech / manufacturing is a plus
