Legal Intern

Inbox Business Technologies is excited to offer an internship opportunity for aspiring legal professionals looking to gain practical exposure in a corporate environment. As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with the Legal team and gain hands-on experience in contract documentation, legal record management, data maintenance, and routine legal and administrative activities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop their professional skills and gain practical insight into the legal function of a technology-focused organization.

Employment Type: Internship / Trainee

Duration: 2 Months

Location: Karachi

Responsibilities

• Organize, file, index and maintain contracts and other legal documents.
• Complete and attach required contract checklists and supporting documents.
• Update historical contract and legal data in trackers, databases and the Legal Management System.
• Maintain accurate and organized legal records.
• Support the Legal team with routine documentation and administrative activities.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.

Requirements

• LLB or relevant legal education.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work systematically with documents and data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to follow established processes and instructions.

Nice to Have Skills

• Previous internship or exposure to legal documentation/contract management.
• Canva or basic design skills for internal legal communications and awareness material
