Responsibilities
- Reach out to a high volume of outbound leads and follow up on inbound leads from multiple sources
- Work against new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to nurture leads from first contact through to valid opportunities
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Product to share critical customer feedback
- Regularly monitor leading indicators of success and report on pipeline health
- Drive systems, AI tools, and process improvements that grow the new business pipeline
- Help build and refine a scalable training and development curriculum for the SDR team
- Establish and maintain effective 1:1s, weekly meetings, and outreach cadences

The Position
We are looking for an experienced and talented SDR professional to join our fast-growing sales organization! In this role, you’ll help establish our Sales Development function, reaching out to a high volume of outbound leads and following up on inbound leads generated from multiple sources.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Account Executive teams to nurture leads from initial contact through to valid opportunities and closed-won deals, and you’ll be measured against new business goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to 1:1s, weekly meetings, and overall cadences, and who’s comfortable refining processes and implementing new systems. You should be passionate about working in a team environment and bring the accountability needed to grow our business funnel significantly.

- At least 1 year of experience in an SDR role
- Proven ability to work against aggressive weekly targets
- Highest level of self-discipline and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a self-starter
- Solid understanding of SDR, sales, and CRM processes and systems
- A genuine passion for sales and a desire to grow into additional sales positions
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with DevOps / developer tools
- Experience with sales engagement or AI-assisted prospecting tools
Location & Work Model
Onsite in Tel Aviv / Hybrid 2 days from home
