Technical Product Manager

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager (Engineering Product). This is not a conventional Product Manager role. The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Software Engineer and later transitioned into Product Management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery and development for a multichannel fulfilment platform, which comprises these products: Warehouse Management System, Order Management System, Store Management System and Integrations.
• Translate user workflows and enterprise SOPs into well-structured, scalable prototypes and UI mockups using tools like Cursor or vibe-based prototyping.
• Collaborate deeply with tech leads to make architectural trade-offs that balance configuration, performance, and maintainability.
• Take a strong stance against short-term feature requests that compromise architectural integrity or platform scalability.
• Own product documentation, PRDs, APIs, workflows, and screen flows, and ensure end-to-end clarity for engineering teams.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery in close coordination with engineering.
• Deliver internal and client demos, explaining product workflows to sales, customer success, and enterprise clients with clarity and confidence.
• Participate in roadmap planning, balancing new feature velocity with tech debt reduction and platform stability goals.
• Contribute to the design and rollout of AI-powered capabilities simplifying complex user journeys.
