We are currently looking for a Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Engineering team. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and teams, taking ownership of services and working across a variety of technologies and environments.

Unlike highly specialized engineering roles, this position offers exposure to a broad range of operational, administration and support activities across Microsoft cloud services, collaboration platforms, hybrid infrastructure and internal technology initiatives. You will be working on both customer-facing and internal projects, helping ensure reliable day-to-day operations while contributing to ongoing improvements and technical initiatives.

Working as INDEAVR Cloud Operations Engineer you will excel at: 

• Providing operational support and troubleshooting across Microsoft cloud services, collaboration platforms and infrastructure components
• Investigating, prioritizing and resolving incidents, service requests and operational issues
• Administering SharePoint Online sites, permissions and related collaboration services
• Managing user access, permissions and identity-related requests
• Supporting platform migrations, operational improvements and technical initiatives
• Troubleshooting issues independently and collaborating with other technical teams when escalation is required
• Supporting Atlassian, GitHub and other business-critical platforms from an operational perspective
• Participating in service improvement, documentation and knowledge-sharing activities
• Working across both customer environments and internal company systems
• Contributing to infrastructure and workplace technology initiatives
• Assisting colleagues with technical challenges and day-to-day operational needs
• Identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process optimization

What we look for: 

• Previous experience in IT Operations, Technical Support, System Administration or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with SharePoint Online administration, including sites, permissions and access management
• Experience troubleshooting end-user, platform and access-related issues
• Understanding of Active Directory, identity and access management concepts
• Experience working with ticketing systems and IT Service Management processes
• Good understanding of permissions, authentication and authorization concepts
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to investigate issues independently and determine when escalation is required
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple issues in a dynamic operational environment
• Strong communication skills and professional English proficiency, with the ability to work closely with users, customer representatives and cross-functional technical teams
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality support

What we will value but NOT insist on: 

• Experience with ShareGate or other migration tools
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian products
• Experience with GitHub administration and support
• Experience with Power Platform
• PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Experience supporting Microsoft cloud services and hybrid environments
• Basic networking knowledge
• Relevant Microsoft certifications
