Senior Product Manager - Education & Health (Contract Based)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product teams across the Education and Health sectors.

What you will do but not limited to:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Lead product development from problem discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

• Work closely with Business/Commercial teams to deliver product and business targets.

• Define, implement, monitor, and analyze product and business metrics relevant to different products and business lines.

• Use data, analytics, and customer insights to identify opportunities, evaluate outcomes, and improve products.

• Own project delivery metrics, including on-time delivery and execution quality.

• Work closely with Product Designers and Engineering teams to deliver products.

• Lead product integration with the Telkomsel ecosystem and systems.

• Ensure product initiatives deliver clear ROI.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of Product Management experience, including experience leading products or product teams at a Lead/Senior PM level in a unicorn or similarly scaled technology company.

• Proven track record of building, improving, and scaling products across B2C, B2B, or B2G environments.

• Strong data and analytics capabilities, with the ability to define, implement, monitor, and analyze metrics across different product and business lines.

• Proven success delivering measurable product and business outcomes in a similar context.

• Strong product judgment and ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.

• Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Design, and Business/Commercial teams.

• Strong understanding of experimentation, product performance, and ROI.

• Experience integrating products with large enterprise ecosystems or Telco systems is a strong advantage.

• Experience with Telkomsel systems such as NBP or BID is a major advantage.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
