This position provides administrative support to the executive team and the staff in day-to-day operational and strategic business activities.
This multi-faceted role requires a deep, company-wide understanding, a structured and meticulous approach to work, a strong willingness to learn, and the motivation to familiarize oneself with new subject areas. In addition, the position requires excellent written and spoken German and English language skills to ensure effective communication within the international group as well as with external partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the executive management in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
- Serving as a liaison between executive management, the team, partners, and service providers
- Handling confidential and sensitive tasks in close collaboration with executive management
- General office and administrative tasks, as well as maintaining databases
- Independently handling selected topics and special assignments
- Professional correspondence and scheduling coordination
- Participating in approval and coordination processes
- Assisting with contractual matters
- Organizing business trips and processing travel expense reports (tool-supported)
- Absence management
- Preparation for trade shows and events
- Support for order processing
- Complete shipping processing, including customs and logistics handling
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or a completed commercial apprenticeship
- Experience in an executive assistant role
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management
- High level of discretion, loyalty, and trustworthiness
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
- Interest in business contexts and strategic topics
- Flexibility and resilience, even when work situations change on short notice
- Proficiency with MS Office and digital tools
