We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on (80% to 100%) professional to join our Operations team. The HOPP Production Operator will support the production of our advanced laser products. In this role, you will work closely with our development and process engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Job Responsibilities
- Manual and automated production of optical light sources
- Performing soldering and adhesive bonding processes
- Performing manual and automated wire bonding processes
- Conducting visual quality inspections using microscopes
- Following established procedures and manufacturing tolerances while ensuring on-time delivery
- Supporting the continuous improvement and further development of existing manufacturing processes
Key Qualifications
- Technical vocational training in electronics, mechanics, optics, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing and handling of micro-optics, MEMS, or semiconductor components
- Experience working in laboratory and cleanroom environments, including working with microscopes
- Strong attention to detail, a precise working style, and excellent manual dexterity when handling high-value optical components
- Ability to collaborate closely and directly with development engineers
- Independent, well-organized, and highly self-motivated working style
- Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage
- Willingness and flexibility to work in a two-shift system
- Fluent German and advanced English skills, both written and spoken
