Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Microsoft Excel to support sales performance tracking.
  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to extract insights that drive sales strategies and operational improvements.
  • Lead the development of accurate and timely sales forecasts and contribute to overall sales planning activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with data-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate key performance trends and insights to stakeholders through structured presentations and reports.
  • Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities, recommending strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests and contribute to strategic business initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Data Visualization - using Tableau, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Strong grasp of statistical concepts and their application in business scenarios.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales planning and forecasting is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
