Product Manager

• Define and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research, user research, and data analysis to identify customer needs and product opportunities.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Manage the product development process from ideation, requirement gathering, development, testing, and launch to continuous improvement.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and key product metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business goals, customer needs, and technical implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing products and features based on user feedback and business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Product Management lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experienced in creating PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps.
• Good understanding of product metrics, data analysis, and user research.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work closely with Engineering and UI/UX teams and understand fundamental software development concepts.
• Familiar with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
