Role Overview

We are looking for an Technical Program Manager with a strong technical or product delivery background to join our newly established Implementation Management team.

In this role, you will independently lead cross-domain initiatives-ranging from high-volume platform migrations to regional product launches, remediation projects, and platform onboardings. You will sit within the Servicing organisation, but will align directly with partner product segments outside Servicing, leading cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.

This role demands strong stakeholder management, hands-on systems curiosity, program management rigour, pattern recognition, and a passion for process

What You’ll Do

• Lead Cross-Domain Initiatives: Take single-threaded ownership of high-impact, cross-squad projects-including core platform migrations, control rollouts, product launches, and partner integrations.

• Consult Partners on Platform Integration: Understand the capabilities, integration flows, and limitations of Wise’s Servicing platforms. Guide partner teams through onboarding requirements and help translate business/compliance needs into clear user stories for Implementation Engineers where necessary.

• Drive Pragmatic, Hands-On Delivery: Work comfortably at the intersection of product delivery and technical systems. You don't need to review deep technical specifications, but you are comfortable reading architecture diagrams, asking challenging technical questions, running API requests in Postman for testing, and creating dashboards or tables in Looker to track metrics.

• Manage Operational Transformation & Launch Readiness: Work with Business Operations to ensure product launches are fully supported with operational workflows, queue structures, and agent guidance.

• Drive Program Management Lifecycle: Hold the pen on end-to-end program governance-authoring clear program briefs, setting SMART objectives, managing risk logs, tracking delivery milestones, and conducting post-implementation reviews.

• Leave the Place Better Than You Found It: Assume every process executed today will be repeated tomorrow. Document workflows, automate manual steps, and establish telemetry to scale future execution.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record of delivering cross-functional technical or operational projects as an Implementation Manager, Technical Program Manager (TPM), Technical Consultant, Product manager or Fintech Delivery Lead.

• Systems Literacy & Practical Technical Curiosity: Ability to interpret system architecture diagrams, ask sharp and challenging questions about technical designs, run Postman calls for testing/validation, and build basic tables/dashboards in Looker or SQL.

• Program Management Excellence: Strong foundation in project/program delivery best practices-from scoping and brief writing to designing governance structures, stakeholder reporting, and post-implementation audits.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication. Ability to adjust messaging seamlessly whether facilitating alignment with product managers, clarifying requirements with engineers, or updating business leaders.

• Pattern Recognition & Structured Thinking: Ability to absorb unstructured information across disparate domains, spot commonalities, and design standardized, repeatable frameworks.
