Project Manager (FinTech, Ride-Hailing)

We're looking for a cross-functional Project Manager to bridge our FinTech Product and Business teams, own a large share of country-level monetisation work, and support new market launches.

You'll keep fintech initiatives moving by coordinating non-standard projects with Legal and Tax, and by building playbooks that stop recurring legal, tax, and regulatory issues from blocking product work.

This is an individual contributor role that works closely with Legal, Tax, local business, Product, and Analytics/Strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Special fintech projects - Lead non-standard, cross-functional fintech product projects from start to finish. Define scope and timelines, coordinate the teams involved, flag dependencies and requirements early, and keep delivery on track.
• Unblocking product delivery - Identify what slows down or blocks fintech product initiatives across functions. Resolve issues with the relevant teams and escalate when needed so product work keeps moving.
• Playbooks & shared learnings - Turn recurring blockers, requirements, and their solutions into reusable playbooks. Share them across product and regional teams so the same issues don't come up again on future projects.
• Country monetization schemes - Own coordination with local business teams and supporting functions on designing and adjusting country-level monetization schemes. Identify where schemes need to change and drive those changes through to implementation.
• Monetization planning - Work with analysts and strategists to build monetization plans for each country or region, bringing together input from all relevant teams.
• New country launches - Support fintech launches in new markets by coordinating readiness across product, local business, and supporting functions.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• 4-6 years in project management, business operations, or fintech/product, ideally with multi-market exposure
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, owners, and timelines
• Fluency in English and Russian
• Understanding of payment and monetization models is a plus
