Senior Brand & Product Communication Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Visual Communication Designer with a strong background in brand identity and visual communication who will shape how the inDrive brand comes to life across product and digital experiences.

This role combines brand design expertise with a strong understanding of digital products, web, and product communication. You will evolve and apply the visual identity across in-app and web environments, creating distinctive, consistent, and scalable experiences that connect the brand with product functionality.

You will work closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to translate product features, launches, and initiatives into strong visual communication, ensuring that every touchpoint is not only clear and functional, but also recognizably inDrive.

The role requires a designer who can think beyond individual assets: develop visual concepts and systems, evolve brand expression in digital environments, and turn them into scalable communication solutions across product and web.

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve and develop the inDrive visual identity and Brand Guidelines, ensuring the brand remains distinctive, relevant, and scalable across product and digital environments.
• Develop visual identities for new businesses, products, and initiatives, building flexible design systems that can grow within the broader inDrive brand ecosystem.
• Develop and evolve the illustration style and visual language, creating scalable principles and systems for consistent use across different touchpoints.
• Design communication experiences inside the product that bring the brand to life, explain features, support launches, and drive user engagement.
• Design, evolve, and maintain indrive.com as a key brand and product surface, ensuring strong visual expression, clarity, consistency, and effective communication of product capabilities.
• Translate product features, launches, and campaigns into scalable visual communication solutions across in-app, web, and other digital environments.
• Design communication-driven product and web mechanics that support engagement, feature discovery, growth initiatives, and a consistent brand experience.
• Build and develop AI-powered workflows for creative asset production, using AI and automation to scale production, accelerate experimentation, and improve the efficiency and consistency of visual communication.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in brand design, visual communication, or digital design, with experience working across product and web environments
• Strong expertise in visual identity, typography, composition, and brand systems
• Ability to translate brand identity and product functionality into clear and engaging digital communication experiences
• Experience designing for web platforms, digital products, and scalable design systems
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and growth teams
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern AI-supported creative workflows
• English - B2 or higher
