About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Information Security Engineer to join our global organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, management, and maintenance of our core information security and cyber protection infrastructure.

You will also play a key role in implementing routine security processes and providing advanced (Tier 2/Tier 3) support to IT points of contact across our branches in Israel and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, manage, and maintain information security and network protection products, network access control, firewalls and other intelligent security systems, including GoAnywhere, Skybox.
• Implement, monitor, and refine routine information security processes and best practices across the organization.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 (Level B & C) incident response and technical support to IT representatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of corporate systems and data.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the administration, communication, and maintenance of firewalls in an enterprise environment of 500+ users.
• High proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications (Advantages)

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystems, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience maintaining and securing systems in a Cloud environment (Azure).
• Specific knowledge and administration experience with Check Point Firewalls.
• Familiarity with network communication systems, such as Cisco infrastructure and Proxy solutions.
• Flexibility and availability for after-hours support or on-call rotations as needed.
• Prior experience working within a global, multi-national corporate environment.
