GeoWay builds inDrive’s full navigation stack across 47 countries and 1,200+ cities - from raw probe data to the arrow on the screen. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the routing, ETA, and navigation roadmap across every vertical, using data to defend prioritization when competing teams vie for dedicated cost functions.
You’ll run an experiment pipeline measured in seconds of ETA error, pre-pickup cancellations, and driver earnings per hour. Balancing technical performance with driver safety, you’ll partner with engineering on strict latency budgets and Design on low-distraction UI.
To solve open routing problems in markets like Lagos, Karachi, and Jakarta, you’ll ride along with drivers to spot pickup failures in person and size them in the data; holding the line against stakeholder requests that threaten overall network quality.
