InDrive is a global mobility and urban services platform best known for its ride-hailing app, which operates on a unique peer-to-peer pricing model. Founded in Siberia in 2012 and now headquartered in the United States, the platform allows passengers and drivers to negotiate and agree upon fares directly rather than relying on automated algorithms. Beyond ride-sharing, the company has expanded its offerings across dozens of countries to include intercity transportation, freight delivery, courier services, and local task assistance.
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to shape this product from an early stage and lead it through validation, launch and international scale.
We are building a new product that enables people across inDrive’s global user base to earn additional income by completing tasks that generate high-quality training data for AI.
Following a successful pilot, we are moving from a partner-led solution towards our own scalable platform. It will connect demand from AI companies with distributed data collection and labelling, covering the full journey from buyer requirements and task design to contributor payouts, quality assurance and dataset delivery.
