Location: Warsaw / Katowice / Lublin Work model: hybrid (at least 2 days in the office)
We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, growing the business, and talking to clients about real challenges-not just sales. You’ll be responsible for growing the client portfolio, engaging with decision-makers, and identifying new opportunities for collaboration in the IT services sector.
Your responsibilities:
- developing and maintaining relationships with key clients,
- identifying new sales opportunities (upselling, cross-selling),
- conducting negotiations and closing contracts,
- collaborating with the Delivery and Presales teams and technology experts,
- ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the profitability of contracts.
We are looking for someone who:
- has experience in B2B sales or account management- at least 3 years,
- is familiar with the IT industry and understands the needs of business clients,
- can build relationships with decision-makers and conduct negotiations,
- is fluent in English and Polish (minimum C1),
- works independently and enjoys having an impact on results.
