We are looking for a Network & Telecommunications Technician to join an operational team providing 2nd line technical support within an Inetum project environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving network-related incidents while delivering a high-quality support experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd line technical support for network and telecommunications services.
• Manage and follow up support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents affecting network infrastructure.
• Communicate directly with users and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop a solid understanding of supported network environments.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Contribute to service monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the support process.

• Cisco CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge.
• Technical education in Networks, Telecommunications or Information Technology.
• Knowledge of Routing, Switching and Wireless technologies.
• Experience supporting Cisco, Huawei or with other networking solutions.
• Knowledge of IP networking and telecommunications environments.
• Experience in a 2nd line technical support role.
• Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve network incidents.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within technical teams.
