Buscamos Salesforce Tech Lead que se una a nuestro equipo. Este rol incluye:

  • Liderazgo técnico del equipo de Developers Salesforce.
  • Gestión de escalaciones técnicas.
  • Definición de estándares de código y testing.
  • Facilitación de dailies técnicas y sesiones de Pair Programming.
  • Gestión de releases con estrategia de Zero Downtime.
  • Mentoría y desarrollo profesional del equipo técnico.
  • Comunicarse y colaborar con las partes interesadas en diferentes departamentos y proveedores de tecnología cuando lo requiera el proyecto.
  • 5-7 años de experiencia en Salesforce (2 o más liderando equipos).
  • Certificación Platform Developer II + 2 certificaciones adicionales.
  • Experiencia como Tech Lead en 2 o más proyectos del sector seguros.
  • Gestión de ambientes y Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  • Apex y LWC a nivel experto.
  • OmniStudio completo.
  • DevOps con GitHub/Copado.
  • Gestión de KPIs (Velocity, Quality) y estimación con Story Points.
  • Se valorarán conocimientos de idiomas.
