We are looking for an experienced S enior Java Developer with hands-on AI experience. You will join a team delivering solutions within the Consumer Finance domain for the banking sector, contributing to the development of modern applications and the adoption of AI-powered solutions with real business impact.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications within the Consumer Finance area.
- Design and implement new backend functionalities.
- Build and integrate AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams.
- Ensure high standards of quality, performance, and security.

- Proven commercial experience as a Senior Java Developer.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA, REST, and PostgreSQL.
- Practical experience using AI in real projects, beyond everyday coding assistants.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Vector databases
- LLMs
- AI Agents / Multi-Agent Systems
- Data-driven AI solutions
- Ability to design and implement AI-based solutions independently.
- Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher.
